Pacedex on your phone

The same Pacedex, made for the phone. Your console or PC sends the telemetry over Wi-Fi and the phone becomes the dash, the pit radio and the debrief — no cable, no second monitor.

Get it on Google Play

Free on Google Play · Android 8 or newer

No Play Store on the device? Download the signed APK (about 26 MB).

1

Install from Google Play

Tap the button above on the phone itself, or search for Pacedex in the Play Store. Updates arrive on their own.

2

Point the game at your phone

Open Pacedex, go to Connect and it shows the phone's IP in giant type. In the game: Settings → Telemetry → UDP On, IP = that number, port 20777.

3

Go on track

The screen counts the packets arriving and ticks off the checklist as it goes: network, port, first packet, game recognised. When the first one lands, the dash is live.

What you get on the phone

  • Live dash — speed, gear, tyres, ERS, gaps, lap by lap
  • Race engineer on the radio, with push-to-talk mapped to a button on your wheel or pad
  • Debrief after the race: result, time on the table, the three acts
  • Your account, ranking and privacy — the same as on the PC

Frequent questions

Do I need a PC running?

No. The phone receives the game's telemetry straight over Wi-Fi — console or PC, as long as they're on the same network.

Does it work with the game on PlayStation or Xbox?

Yes. That's the main case: the console sends UDP, the phone receives it.

Is the APK still available?

Yes, for devices without the Play Store. It's the same signed app, but it doesn't update itself — Google Play is the recommended way.
